Dr. Lally has taught at American International College since 2009. Simultaneously, she was serving as the Principal of a Massachusetts high school. She taught French, Spanish, English, Latin, social studies, and special education classes during her public school teaching career. Administrative positions - department chair, assistant principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent of schools in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire – contributed to her ability to effectively instruct both Masters and Doctoral students in leadership courses and related practice at AIC. For both programs, she has composed multiple syllabi and course elements.
In addition to being an instructor at AIC, Dr. Lally has taught at two additional higher education institutions. She has guided aspiring educators into the field and into implementing best practices as teachers and administrators.
