Dr. Sesooter Ikpah

PsyD in Counseling Psychology, Springfield College; MA in Clinical Psychology, American International College; BS in Biochemistry, American International College

Dr. Ikpah is a former graduate of the Clinical Psychology program at American International College. He is returning to the program with extensive clinical experience serving diverse populations across the life span in academic medical centers, community mental health, substance abuse, and private practice. Dr. Ikpah has presented at regional and national conferences. His clinical research interests include prevention and resiliency factors, social justice and multicultural competence, racial inequity within systems, and health psychology and the behavioral health practices in under-resourced communities. He also contributed to a chapter in The Psychology of Inequity.
