Dr. Kanyongo is Professor of Educational Statistics, Research and Evaluation, and Department Chair at Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. He holds PhD in Educational Research and Evaluation from Ohio University. His expertise includes international mathematics education, educational statistics, program evaluation, and advanced statistics modeling. Further, he has expertise in designing randomized controlled trials. His work has been published in several peer–reviewed journals and presented at international, national, and regional conferences. Dr. Kanyongo served as Associate Editor for the journal Educational Measurement: Issues and Practice from 2006 to 2009.
